PAVILION are releasing their highly anticipated new single ‘INFINITE’. Its power is that it feels like a truth that resonates, melodically.
It’s the child-like wonder of cityscapes juxtaposed lyrically with the neurotic, darker aspects of craving and insecurity.
It’s fraught yet joyful - the sound of a band with momentum refusing to be categorised as ‘Indie Landfill’.
Benji Lamb describes the new single as "hard won happiness" about a "desperation and craving to feel something wonderful".
Inspired by the eclectic life in cities this is undoubtably PAVILION’s most ambitious effort yet, a love letter to Brighton, with a music video in collaboration with Hey Girl Magazine.
Bursting onto the UK scene in 2019 PAVILION quickly earned a reputation for their energetic live shows & high-octane yet melancholic indie pop.
Their debut single 'Between Days' & subsequent release 'WAVES' won BBC Introducing support as 'Track Of The Day'.
Support slots with the likes of Airways, Vegan Leather & Lottery Winners have earned PAVILION a place at the table in Brighton's highly competitive music scene.
PAVILION gained over 150,000 Spotify streams with approximately 10,000 monthly listeners whilst building a strong social media community of 5000+ followers.
‘Being authentic & creating an emotional tension in our music is key’, Benji (Singer/Songwriter) commented. “I shift between polar moods and sit in the spaces between clear thinking often.. I just try to capture that tension in an accessible way’.
PAVILION are excited to announce their new EP 'SELF//TALK' will be released June 19th. Produced by Julian Tardo of Church Rd Studios (Insides, Fujiya Miyagi, War On Drugs).
Heartfelt, ambitious yet neurotic Indie Pop. PAVILION are on the rise, with a sold-out single launch and forthcoming UK tour planned, this band are an exciting new prospect to watch.
